I would return to a task far bigger and far less enjoyable than normal. In those moments, I was reminded how my weekly mowing consistency definitely has its benefits.

I find this principle of consistency playing itself out in many other areas of daily life as well — exercising, making healthy food choices, disciplining my children. Consistency matters to maintain things practically, relationally, and spiritually in life.

I can look at my own life and see how my lack of consistency has hindered me in so many areas time and time again. Thankfully, we serve a God who is consistent — the same yesterday, today, and forever. Can you imagine the utter chaos if He chose just one day not to cause the sun to rise and set?

This can cause delays, increased risk and costs. If you have consistent service and delivery then you can focus on promoting a positive brand and image with your stakeholders. The first step to being more consistent is to say that you are going to be more consistent.

It is also worth understanding your core values as well as your company values so that you can come back to them when making any decisions.

I would always recommend that you make your decisions in line with your values otherwise you might end up resentful, demotivated and yes, inconsistent. Communicate your values and make sure everyone in your team knows what you and the company stand for. Make sure you demonstrate your values so that others can see them clearly, even if it feels uncomfortable to do so.

The value in being consistent is that people know what to expect and so can act accordingly. A consistent follow-up strategy can help propel the project forward. Consistency brings order to your organization, which helps both leadership and employees regularly achieve company objectives. It improves overall company performance.

Customers notice this and are more likely to be satisfied with a company that delivers a consistent result. Provides a sense of organization Companies that are consistent in leadership are better organized than those with cultures of constant change.

Builds trust Employees are often a direct reflection of an organization's leadership. Increases productivity Environments that are constantly changing are difficult to work in. And what she just needed to realize is that the mom did it for her. AI, recruiting, automation bullshit. It varies. The temperature of your ceiling varies. You create your reality. See, people think that their physical reality creates their personality. Your personality creates your physical reality. Most people are to their own default settings, they let their physical reality.

What happens in a company? What happens as I walk down the street? What happens in prospecting?
